Elijah’s Stephen Oster was born Saturday at 9:35 p.m. The 7 lb 5 oz boy is the first child of Bryon Oster, AAIA (H Design Group Project Manager) and wife Kami Oster.
Congratulations to the Oster family!
Big news for Springfield, Missouri’s athletic community; a new basketball & volleyball sports facility named the Field House will soon be built on the south side of town.
Given the significant demand for indoor athletic space in the area, this project will initially consist of a new 46,800 s.f. facility that will provide two double court gymnasiums, indoor and outdoor seating, arcade and a full menu eatery. A second construction phase will add an additional four courts and parking. The building is designed to provide a distinguished facade along James River; emphasizing the dynamics of activity and movement as it relates to the Field House.
Design phase is in progress while construction is set to begin in early spring 2012.

The new Tortoise Building at Dickerson Park Zoo is complete.
The tortoises are very excited to move into their new reptile habitat.
